Industry suppliers Landmark Information and The ValPal Network have announced a strategic relationship to provide the firms’ respective estate and letting agency clients with access to a range of each other’s products and services.
Landmark clients will now benefit from being able to offer The ValPal Network’s range of services, including the market-leading instant online valuation tool ValPal as well as the recently launched MovePal and PortalPal, which provide agents with the opportunity to generate additional revenue from their leads by referring prospects to a range of industry suppliers such as conveyancers, and mortgage, removals and utilities firms.
And, in a move to provide further value to a network of more than 800 agency brands with over 4,000 offices, The ValPal Network will now offer Landmark’s Metropix floorplan drawing tool and the ‘Compliance in a Box’ service which supports agents in fulfilling their obligations under the Anti-Money Laundering and Consumer Protection Regulations.
Part of Landmark Information's Estate Agency Services division, ‘Compliance in a Box’ is a pay as you go product which makes it easy for agents to comply with anti-money laundering and Consumer Protection Regulations, allowing them to focus on selling homes. Meanwhile, Metropix, one of the industry's best-known floorplan and 3D property imaging providers, has recently announced the launch of Metropix Mobile, providing all the simplicity and functionality of the award-winning software from a tablet.
The ValPal Network provides its members with a range of services, including one of the industry’s first instant online valuation tools which provides agents with the opportunity to capture the contact details of prospective clients visiting their websites. Agents then contact these prospects, offering them a full market appraisal and subsequently increase their chances of taking on more instructions.
Meanwhile, the recently-launched MovePal and PortalPal - described as the new way to make money from your data while you sleep - provide agents with the opportunity to monetise leads they’ve already generated by earning revenue from referrals to industry suppliers.
