Where the MovePal App is used by estate agents to collect information from their clients or prospects, ValPal Ltd acts as a **data processor** on behalf of those businesses under a Data Processing Agreement.
For app users who interact directly with MovePal, ValPal Ltd is the **data controller** for information collected through the Service.
