The ValPal Network celebrates awards for customer service and innovation
Here at The ValPal Network, we pride ourselves on providing our members with first-class customer service.
We're also fiercely committed to PropTech and innovation, consistently developing new ideas to help estate and letting agents thrive in challenging market conditions.
This ongoing work has been recognised by a number of awards schemes in recent weeks and we'd like to share this news with you, our members.
A highly rated prospecting supplier
The ValPal Network was recently named as a highly rated supplier for prospecting as part of the Property Academy’s best EA supplier guide, in association with Kerfuffle.
The supplier guide was put together after thousands of agents were asked to rate their suppliers and how likely they would be to recommend them.
Over 7,000 votes were collected from estate agents and The ValPal Network was voted highly rated, meaning it was in the top 20% of almost 500 industry suppliers.
This is a highly competitive awards scheme and is decided purely on the feedback of agents, so we're therefore delighted to be recognised and will be hoping to climb even higher in 2020.
The most pioneering support network
We were also recently named as the most pioneering Estate & Lettings Support Network in the UK as part of Build magazine's Real Estate and Property Awards.
This is a very pleasing accolade for us as we are really proud of our status as a support network, which now represents over 800 agency brands with more than 4,000 offices.
Estate and letting agents can help each other by sharing instructions in non-competing areas as well as discussing industry challenges and key marketing techniques.
We're happy to facilitate these key support actions through our Out of Area leads programme and Facebook group.

A truly collaborative PropTech tool
The ValPal Network was also recently nominated as the Most Collaborative PropTech solution as part of the UK PropTech Awards 2019.
We are delighted to be recognised for our commitment to collaboration. For PropTech to truly solve problems and help agents, suppliers must embrace collaboration and integration.
This kind of approach can help agents to become more efficient, save them time and provide a better service to customers.
